Letters on topics of current interest or commenting on material in Respiratory Care will be considered for publication. The Editor may accept or decline a letter or edit it without changing the author's views. Authors of criticized material will have the opportunity to reply in print. No anonymous letter can be published. Type letter single-spaced, mark it "For publication," and mail to Respiratory Care, Box 426, Cheshire CT 06410.
