Co-encapsulation of TA and TC in MSNs significantly enhanced antibacterial and antibiofilm effects against S. aureus, likely through modulation of efflux pump-associated resistance. This nanocarrier system shows promise for improving antibiotic efficacy in biofilm-associated infections.
