I've compiled this preprint to show how Rotational Substrate Field Theory (RSFT) builds everything from a single, minimal premise: a scalar spin field living on a 13-node cuboctahedral lattice. By applying standing-wave harmonics to this geometry, I found that each resonant shell naturally forms at exactly twice the scale of the one before it. This doubling rule isn't something I tweaked to fit the data; it’s a direct mathematical consequence that leads to exactly 204 layers from the Planck scale to the causal horizon. From this foundation, the U (1) SU (2) SU (3) gauge structures and specific constants like the Weinberg and Koide angles emerge purely from the lattice symmetry. I’ve also extended the framework to model consciousness through integrated information, where the same 204-layer stack reproduces eight distinct developmental life stages based on layer coupling and vortex stability. My results for dark energy density and dark matter match observations with incredible precision, all derived from the single Lagrangian without any post-hoc adjustments. This document also includes my rigorous responses to constructive criticisms, closing the loop on issues like radiative stability and Lorentz invariance to show that the numbers are simply what the harmonic lattice produces.
