The distributions of the velocity components and standard deviations ₕ of open star clusters (OSCs), as well as standard deviations of OSCs of different ages in the interval of Galactocentric distances from 5 to 12 kpc, are considered. A number of local maxima and minima in these dependences are noted. An analytical expression for the rotation curve of the Galactic disk is obtained. The positions of the Lindblad resonances and corotation radius are determined.
