This paper is a bounded bridge between the Nature Medicine psychedelic-network mega-analysis and the published comparative framework From Brain Types to Network-Control Phenotypes: A Comparative Framework for Biological Cognitive Architectures. It argues that the psychedelic-network result is best described in terms of selective reconfiguration and reweighting rather than broad collapse, and shows how the comparative language of network-control phenotype helps clarify why that result is theoretically interesting. The contribution is interpretive rather than confirmatory. This release is part of the Reflexive Laboratory series and functions as the bridge paper in the branch Brain Reweighting, Network Control, and Governable Research.
