New forms of education can be seen revolutionary changes in education system from online education. Its emergence has completely changed the educational landscape. Due to this change, on one hand education has become cheap and easy. On the other hand, other negative effects can also be seen. The relationship between online education and health can be placed in thiscategory. By the way, an educated person is expected to create a healthy life condition for himself. But, when the method of getting education starts becoming an obstacle in this purpose, then becomes a need to consider it. Keeping this need in mind, an attempt has been made to know how and to which extent the online education system is affecting our physical health? and how to reduce its effects so that we can benefit from the properties of online education and avoid its harmful effects. This article highlights both positive and negative aspects of the effects of online education on health, considering factors such as sedentary behaviour, social interaction, screen time, insomnia, depression and stress. In this article, reviewing the related literature, observational and analytical method has been used. From research, we learned that online education is deeply affecting thephysical health of students. Therefore, education systems need to be enabled and sensitive incorporate measures to understand the health of students and provide support to educational administrators, educational institutions and government should seriously consider the social and medical effects of online education on the physical health of students and adopt suitable strategies to reduce its negative effects.
