Long-term Urological Outcomes in Pelvic Genitourinary Rhabdomyosarcoma: A 48-Year Single-center Experience

Organ-sparing treatment was more likely to predispose patients to high rates of additional reconstructive surgery due to compromised urological function. In survey results, both men and women reported poor sexual function, but the majority of patients remained satisfied with their urinary function.
