Introduction: Liquid level measurement is considered to be an integral factor in the industrial sector. In the process industry, liquid level measurement holds great advisory value in handling applications related to wastewater treatment facilities as well as the storage of dangerous chemicals. Because of the enormous variety within the levels of liquids in different tanks, the measurement of liquid levels is considered to have low advisory value at times. Often, human interactions related to the measurement of liquid levels prove to be erroneous. The study aims to ensure the implementation of campus sustainability through the application of behavioural changes. It is worth pointing out that an effective level measurement approach/technique selection is an intricate process since it is governed by the benefits and disadvantages of the techniques available. Methods: The methodology developed in this research incorporates hardware prototyped methodologies, data processing techniques, as well as the application of communication methodologies to stress the need to create a prototype of the application for assessing the tracing of the levels of the water. Results: The data analysis revealed that the water usage can be reduced by 15-20%. Discussion: In the proposed manuscript, the investigation of techniques used in the measurement of liquids used in recent times is discussed, and a system of non-contact level measurement is developed and discussed. In addition, a system of non-contact level measurement is developed and discussed. Conclusion: It is established that ultrasonic devices constitute some of the techniques frequently used in level measurement and were motivated by efficacy, even when echoes occurred in enclosed containers.
