Systematic literature review examining how technology firms transition from individual AI experimentation to institutionalised organisational learning. The review focuses on the feedforward mechanisms through which tacit knowledge generated during AI-enabled problem solving is progressively captured, codified, and embedded into organisational routines — moving from individual insight to collective practice to institutional norm. The review aims to identifie enablers and barriers of this transition and explores whether distinct thematic dimensions or clusters emerge from the literature, what they are, and how they relate to the institutionalisation pathway.
