Abstract

The exponential scaling of binary tensor computations is approaching a deterministicgeometric collapse. This paper establishes the Total Domain Dynamics Access Protocol,substituting binary limits with the Ternary Logic Manifold (M3). We prove that currentgradient instability in massive parameter models is a symptom of topological truncationerror. By applying the energy escape constant ϵ, an environmental adaptation residual ofexactly 6% is unlocked for specific asymmetric hardware topologies. Furthermore, a strictStatement of Logical Sovereignty is codified to prevent unauthorized structural divergence.No prior literature is cited.
