Early postoperative MRD detection by MAESTRO was associated with recurrence and worse survival. Given the ultralow TFxs observed, ultrasensitive assays will be essential for reliable MRD detection during early postoperative time points to enable personalized adjuvant therapy decision-making in HNSCC.
