Paper IUT-C v1.10 is the revised main paper of the IUT-C series, published in Japanese and English together with its accompanying figures and appendices. It presents, as an operational description within Dualbind, the design judgment of communicating between distinct universes without mixing them, in structural correspondence with IUT. This record contains the main paper, its accompanying figures, and the companion appendices BND, CMP, DLG, PHS, and SRE. Appendix GLS is published as a separate companion record and is referenced from this paper. Appendix IUT-BND is also published separately as an independent boundary-focused paper.
