English master document of the Projection-Reconstruction Mapping (PRM) formalism, version v2. This work presents the full core mathematics of PRM together with supplementary modules and application sectors. The document develops the geometric, operator, global, variational, informational, multidimensional, and quantum branches of the framework, and integrates them into a unified structural account of projection, legality, identifiability, reconstruction, and obstruction. Version v2 includes textual, structural, and bibliographic corrections. In particular, it incorporates revisions to the English master text, restoration and alignment of selected core and application-sector passages, cleanup of stylistic inconsistencies, update of the deposited DOI, and final preparation of the archival TeX/PDF release.
