This study introduces the Logical Bandwidth Protocol to resolve the persistent asymme-tryinsovereigncreditanchoring,challengingthetraditional"NeutralityofMoney"paradigm.Wedemonstratethatcreditdensityisnotastaticfunctionofabsolutemonetaryreserves, butrather a dynamic, thermodynamic product of logical nodes (N) and effective work output(Wef f ). By translating systemic hegemony into a quantifiable bandwidth pressure differen-tial (∆P), we mathematically simulate the 18th-century transition of hegemony from theDutch Republic to the British Empire as a predictable phase shift. Furthermore, this paperprovides a Python-based Asymmetric Bandwidth Flux (ABF) Calibrator to evaluate moderntrade imbalances.
