Analysis reveals how different blood collection methods impact test results, influencing clinical decisions.
Abstract:Blood tests are an important basis for clinical disease diagnosis, efficacy evaluation, and prognosis judgment, and the accuracy of their results directly affects the scientific nature of clinical diagnosis and treatment decisions. As the initial stage of the testing process, the standardization of blood sample collection methods has a decisive impact on sample quality and subsequent testing results. This article selects 200 patients who underwent blood tests in our hospital from January 2024 to June 2024 as the research subjects. By comparing the test index results under different collection methods (vacuum negative pressure venous blood collection, ordinary venous blood collection, and peripheral blood collection),the influence of collection methods on blood routine and biochemical indicators is analyzed. The results showed that the stability and accuracy of white blood cell(WBC),red blood cell(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),blood glucose(GLU),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and other indicators in the vacuum negative pressure venous blood collection group were better than the other two groups, while some indicators in the peripheral blood collection group fluctuated more. The aim of this study is to clarify the impact of different blood sample collection methods on test results, and provide reference for clinical standardization of collection operations and improvement of test quality.
