This study aimed to assess the level of digital citizenship awareness among undergraduate Saudi students in Saudi universities and to determine whether there are statistically significant differences in digital citizenship awareness based on the following variables: gender, major, and internet usage. The study utilized a questionnaire developed based on previous research, consisting of three dimensions (respect, education, protection). The sample size of the study was 865 male and female students. The results showed that the digital citizenship awareness among students in Saudi universities considered at high level. Regarding the dimensions of digital citizenship awareness, the results related to the gender variable indicated that females are more aware of the dimensions of respect and protection, while there is a similarity between males and females regarding the dimension of education. As for the major variable, the results showed no differences in digital citizenship awareness and its three dimensions attributed to this variable. Regarding the variable of internet usage, the results indicated that those who use the internet for more than four hours daily have a higher level of digital citizenship awareness.
