We present a comprehensive formulation of Chrono-Grid Dynamics (CGD), a theory where spacetime and general relativity emerge from a discrete, unitary evolution of a quantum spin network with fundamental proper-time step τ (the Takt). The continuum limit reproduces general relativity and yields the relation 8πGβ = τ². We derive discrete spectra for geometric operators and connections to spin-foam models. When a cosmological constant is introduced, the theory deforms to SUq (2) topological field theory. Changes in this version (revised manuscript submitted to EPJC after minor revision): - Corrected dimensional errors in the length operator (removed inconsistent Eq. (64) ). - Improved discussion of the cosmological constant, including a vacuum energy estimate and its relation to SUq (2). - Added explicit semiclassical validity condition and clarified that no quantization of GR is performed. - Added references to Jacobson (1995) and Verlinde (2011). - Addressed all referee comments. This version supersedes the previous one; the older version remains available for reference.
