This paper officially declares DTP (Direct-to-Paper) as the third generation of digital textile printing — complementary to and built upon the established DTF (Direct-to-Film) and DTG (Direct-to-Garment) ecosystems — and argues that its structure is the only physical foundation that can simultaneously accommodate the three great transitions unfolding from 2026 onward: the physical linkage of NFT authenticity verification, the fusion of metaverse and reality, and the restructuring of national sovereign logistics systems. KOTINESTE commercialized the DTP category for the first time in the world in 2024 in São Paulo, Brazil, and this document publicly declares the technical archetype of this category, its economic design, and the direction this field will follow for the next decade. DTP is designed from the outset to serve existing DTF and DTG users, not to replace them. The core propositions this paper addresses are as follows. First, current global textile distribution is based on forward logistics that ships finished products across borders, and this structure simultaneously generates four structural failures — carbon emissions, tariff distortion, destruction of local small-business operations, and the hollowing out of taxation. Second, NFT and the metaverse did not fail as technologies; they failed because there was no physical connection. The value of a digital original is sustainable only when it is combined with the physical production of authentic goods. Third, DTP is the single answer to both problems. Only files cross borders, and products are born in the consumer's country; in that process, taxes, employment, carbon, and authenticity verification all occur locally. The paper defines the technical archetype of the Direct-to-Paper system (pulp-based transfer paper, solvent-free formulation, compatible with existing DTF/DTG hardware), specifies the NFC+QR dual authentication protocol with Merkle-tree tracking for physical-digital linkage, and presents the KONGJUNG Utility Token — a reserve-backed settlement instrument for the DTP ecosystem, designed to comply with US Howey Test, EU MiCA, and Brazilian VASP regulations. The document also addresses compatibility with emerging regulatory frameworks including the EU Digital Product Passport (DPP), ESPR, CSRD, and California SB707. This document is disclosed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) as defensive prior art, establishing open industrial standards and preventing proprietary enclosure of this category. The technical foundation has already been published in the author's prior technical report TR-2026-001 "The Flowing Water Paradigm" (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19607437), and this paper defines the industrial, economic, and regulatory structures operating on top of that foundation.
