APR-Shaper Version Manifest v1.5

This document is the Version Manifest (SVM) for APR‑Shaper v6.2.2, the behavioral governance substrate formation engine of the APR stack. It records the canonical behavioral fingerprint, schema version, formation domains, classifier versions, governance conditions, capability set, and accepted risks for the v6.2.2 Worker deployment. v6.2.2 completes the Phase 7.2 build cycle, adding operator‑authored stakeholder expectations and success metrics to all 27 canonical profiles, persisting seven Phase 7 columns to the underlying data store, and establishing the Phase 7.2 governance baseline: topology 27/27 A, norm 17B + 10C, zero profiles at D. The runtime integrity hash for this deployment is recorded in the internal SVM ledger. Previous SVM: DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19637915 (v1.4, v6.2.1 / Phase 7.1).
