Thyra-Hopf Detuning Theory (THDT) derives gravity, the Standard Model, dark matter, dark energy, and cosmology from a single geometric constant. The Bower Constant, delta = 0. 015, arises from the volume-averaged splitting of the lowest l=1 modes on a compact internal S3 manifold via the Hopf fibration: the Laplace-Beltrami eigenvalue lambda₁ = 3/R² produces a frequency splitting delta-omega = sqrt (6) /R, which normalized by the curvature scale gives delta = 0. 015. This single topological invariant generates Newtonian gravity through holographic entropy, the electroweak gauge group SU (2) L x U (1) Y from the Maurer-Cartan 1-forms, fermion mass hierarchies from overlap integrals, dark energy with w (z) = -1 + 0. 05z, and a Page-curve turnaround at tPage = 1200 natural units. Inflationary predictions nₛ = 0. 967 and r = 0 emerge from the hilltop regime. The UV fixed point of the Wetterich-type FRG flow is lambda* = 4444 = 1/delta². Ten falsifiable predictions are tabulated. No parameters are adjusted to fit observation.
