Abstract

在人工智能(ai)技术持续发展并逐步融入医学教育的背景下,其在检验医学教学中的应用为教学模式转型提供了新的契机。围绕实验诊断学课程中检验思维培养不足及临床应用脱节等问题,结合医学检验专业人才培养需求,对教学过程进行结构化重构,形成ai引导的临床推理教学体系。把临床情境引入教学当中,整合检验决策、结果解读流程,建立“问题触发—检验决策—结果解读—反馈优化”教学模型,让学生在连贯推理时渐渐建立从检验数据到临床判断的分析路径。教学里人工智能参与问题提示与过程反馈,保障学生主体地位之时,进行学习路径的动态引导,提高教学连贯性和针对性。模式助力强化学生对检验指标临床意义理解,推动其检验思维与临床推理能力形成。相关模式实际应用受技术条件和教学环境等因素影响,要在实践里进一步验证完善。伴随技术发展和教学实践持续推进,人工智能在实验诊断学教学里应用有望深入,给医学检验专业人才培养提供更稳定有效的支持。
