The study demonstrates improved data security and node authentication in industrial wireless networks, suggesting enhanced safety protocols.
Industrial wireless communication technology is very important for making factories smarter and more automated. But the problem of data security in wireless networks has slowed down the growth of industrial intelligence. For this reason, a network data secure transmission technology based on national security algorithms is suggested from the point of view of industrial wireless network standard protocols. First, the national security algorithm is used to make a node authentication model because network node identity authentication is not secure. Second, a data security transmission model is created using the improved national security algorithm. This model can securely send data over industrial wireless networks by encrypting the network application layer data. For network node identity authentication, the research mode had an average accuracy of more than 98.95% when the step size was 50. This was better than other models. The research model's average accuracy for identity authentication was over 98.95% when the step size was 50. This was better than other models and showed the best performance among similar models. During the attack test for illegal client C, the node identity authentication was higher than 99.56% when the interaction history data was less than 500. But when the interaction history data went over 500, the research model still worked the best overall. When there were 15000 lines of code, the research model's storage overhead was 87356 bytes, which meant that it had more node code storage and used less memory. The research model works better overall. This means that the research method works best for both identifying people accurately and keeping network data safe. The research will help with the technical side of managing security and sending data over industrial wireless technology.
