Les archives photographiques de l’association bruxelloise Brukselbinnenstebuiten documentent la transformation de la ville au cours des dernières décennies du XXᵉ siècle. En analysant ces images à la fois dans leur contexte urbain et militant, et sous l’angle de l’histoire de la construction, cet article montre comment la photographie citoyenne peut constituer une source précieuse pour comprendre les dimensions matérielles et sociales de la démolition.
