This study investigates the impact AI tools have had thus far on undergraduate education in areas of research and writing, explaining concepts, and studying for tests. While AI is efficient and accessible, there are concerns regarding critical thinking, academic integrity, and the accuracy of generated data. In this study, 145 students reported a neutral attitude toward improved grades but concern about accuracy and privacy. The conclusion drawn from this study stated that responsible use of AI enhances undergraduate learning with appropriate guidance.
