Abstract

In the post-COVID era, tailored interventions that enhance perceived social support, resilience and peace of mind may be effective strategies to alleviate depressive symptoms among recovered COVID-19 patients. Nurses are well-positioned to lead or integrate these psychosocial strategies into patient care, from initial assessment to long-term follow-up, thereby playing a crucial role in mitigating depressive symptoms in this population.
