BioAnchor: Permanent and Verifiable Archiving of Bayesian/MCMC Analysis Artifacts via Arweave

BioAnchor is a Python package and standardized JSON manifest format for permanently archiving Bayesian/MCMC analysis metadata on Arweave, a decentralized storage network with cryptographic permanence guarantees. BioAnchor captures posterior summaries, convergence diagnostics (R-hat, ESS), prior specifications, and the full software environment in a compact (<5 KB) manifest without uploading raw data. The package is freely available at https://github.com/kdh4win4/bioanchor and installable via pip install bioanchor.
