This work investigates the structural relationship between iterated identity (coherence) and generative negation within a higher-order logical and philosophical framework. We propose a stratified perspective in which identity is understood as an iterated coherence structure, while negation is interpreted as a generative operation producing structural differentiation rather than simple truth-value inversion. The central claim of this work is that coherence and generative negation are incompatible in low-level logical systems, where structural collapse occurs, but become jointly interpretable in higher-order or stratified frameworks where interactions are mediated across levels. Formal expressions in this paper are intended as conceptual models rather than fully formalized mathematical constructions. They are used to articulate structural constraints on identity, difference, and logical interaction. The framework suggests that logical tension between identity and negation reflects insufficient structural resolution rather than fundamental contradiction, and that higher-order organization is required to accommodate both coherence and generativity.
