This preprint formulates the Grand Time Hypothesis as an invariant-constrained research framework linking time metrology, allocation order, a coherence field, and protocol-based economic activation without collapsing these layers into one another. The central claim is that a single saturating family of allocation-order dynamics may be formally compared across three distinct scales: the brain scale, the cosmological scale, and the protocol scale. On the brain scale, it modulates candidate conscious-event density. On the cosmological scale, it contributes to an effective cosmological correction and a possible drift in the dark-energy sector. On the protocol scale, it is realized as invariant-constrained activation, liquidity, and payout dynamics. Within this framework, Grand is treated strictly as a metrological and calendrical layer, GUC as a non-purchasable internal living claim base, and GUCT as a distinct activation/liquidity/payout layer. Therefore, the Grand Time Protocol is not presented as proof of new physics. It is defined as an economic analogue/simulator of coherence-allocation dynamics. This document is a research preprint.
