Abstract

In order to improve the efficiency of spray dust reduction, based on the test results of mine water quality, the influence of magnetization on wettability and spray effect of mine water containing inorganic salt was studied. The results show that inorganic salts and magnetization can synergistically reduce the surface tension of the solution and improve its stability. The flow state of the solution during the magnetization process has a significant influence on the magnetization effect, and the laminar flow state is beneficial for making the magnetization effect more stable. The inorganic salt ions in the solution can make the particle size distribution of the spray droplets more uniform. Under the action of the magnetic field, the average diameter of the spray droplets in the solution is significantly reduced, and the average diameter of the spray droplets in the solution under the synergistic effect of the magnetic field and the inorganic salt will be further reduced. Among them, the average diameter of spray droplets of magnetized Na2CO3 solution is the smallest. Through numerical simulation analysis, it was discovered that changes in the surface tension of Na2SO4 solutions are caused by the internal ions within the solution, with anions playing a primary role and cations playing a secondary role. Furthermore, simulations of the adsorption process of carbon molecular layers containing different functional groups onto Na2SO4 solutions revealed that increasing the Na2SO4 solution concentration enhances solid–liquid adsorption. During this adsorption process, carboxyl and methoxy groups play a primary role in strengthening solid–liquid adsorption, while the carbonyl group contributes secondarily.
