This document provides the canonical definition of Undisclosed Non-Current Response Risk (UNCRR), a risk condition within the EntityWorks Standard. UNCRR describes a condition in which a user reasonably assumes that an AI system’s responses reflect current facts or context, while the system is generating outputs without access to live, recent, or externally verified information and does not clearly disclose that limitation at the point of response. This Definition of Record operates at the definitional layer of the EntityWorks Standard. It establishes a stable description of a disclosure-related temporal risk independent of factual accuracy, system intent, or implementation. Canonical definition maintained by EntityWorks Ltd.
