This catalogue defines GGPA's eight Governance-as-a-Service (GaaS) advisory offerings across three delivery tiers. Tier 1 Rapid Diagnostics (no MOU required) includes GaaS-01 Institutional Health Check (48–72 hour procurement or administrative workflow diagnostic) and GaaS-02 Governance Red Flag Scan (24-hour public disclosure review for reputational and compliance risk).
