Analytic MHD properties computed in magnetized plasma, validating against solar wind and ITER parameters.
DYNAMO computes the analytic MHD properties of a magnetized plasma from eight physical inputs: magnetic field B₀ mass density ρ₀ temperature T electron density nₑ ion species mᵢ characteristic scale L flow velocity u propagation angle θ All outputs follow analytically from conservation laws, with no simulation and no free parameters. The magnetic diffusivity uses a corrected Coulomb logarithm: eta = eta_Spitzer x [ln(lambda_D/xi) / ln(lambda_D/b_q(T))], where xi = a_B/alpha = 7.25 nm replaces the classical temperature-dependent de Broglie cutoff. For all physically relevant plasma temperatures, this reduces resistivity relative to Spitzer. Benchmark validation against Wind/ACE solar wind data at 1 AU, standard solar corona reference values, and ITER design parameters confirms 16 of 16 computed quantities within published reference ranges.
