AbstractExecutive Summary: Modern astrophysics is facing a fundamental logical rift: while timedilation is accepted as a cornerstone of black hole physics, it is largely ignored at galacticscales in favor of hypothetical constructs such as Dark Matter. This manifesto postulatesTime-Density ft ∝ (M × Ω) as a universal medium. It demonstrates that the coupling ofmass and rotation alters spacetime geometry such that pulsar beams are focused (PapersI–IV) and galactic rotation curves are explained without additional mass (Papers V–VI).
