We propose a novel deterministic framework mapping 11D K3 x T^2 compactifications to 4D observable spacetime, effectively circumventing Bell's inequalities via topological superdeterminism (The Pant Correction). By isolating the topological gear ratio of the K3 Kummer surface (Euler characteristic χ = 24) and the electromagnetic fine-structure constant (α ≈ 1/137), we derive a strict deterministic scattering anomaly of 5.02° at the extreme limits of proper complexity (e.g., 1 nK BEC localized domains). Furthermore, we identify a critical vulnerability in the dispersive phase of the muon's anomalous magnetic moment. We predict a definitive, falsifiable signature: a 0.209° phase shift in the hadronic light-by-light (HLbL) scattering tensor. This precise shift serves as an imminent signature testable in the upcoming Fermilab Muon g-2 experimental data.
