Abstract : In the 4.0 Industrial Revolution, circular economic development has become an inevitable trend in the world and Vietnam. This article evaluates the current status of circular economy development in Vietnam and proposes some solutions to develop the circular economy in the near future. Research results show that the circular economy has brought many achievements in agriculture, industry, applying environmental taxes and fees, etc. However, many limitations still exist. To continue developing the circular economy in the coming time, the State needs to have clear guidelines and policies, a complete legal framework, encourage recycling activities, promote propaganda and education, Promote community participation in circular economy development.
