Abstract

The physical laws proposed in the core paper predict that the weak force is the final executor of Neutralization Destiny. When the strong force and the electromagnetic force can no longer maintain nuclear stability, the weak force is compelled to accelerate the execution of decay. This theoretical intuition can be transformed into a precise, testable prediction: in the lifetime data of known unstable nuclides, the weak force decay rate should exhibit an accelerating inflection point—a "knee"—when the neutron-to-proton ratio (N/Z) reaches a critical asymmetry value. This paper proposes a specific statistical framework for testing this prediction, based on thousands of publicly available unstable nuclide lifetime datasets from the NuDat database and the IAEA Nuclear Data Services. This paper does not presuppose whether the knee exists. If it is confirmed by existing data, it will become the first independent empirical anchor for the core laws at the nuclear physics scale; if it does not exist, the "final executor" corollary of the weak force will be seriously challenged. Either way, this constitutes a rigorous, honest, and falsifiable scientific test.
