We present the Master Equation, a generalisation of Einstein's field equations derived from a 12-dimensional Riemannian manifold M₁₂ = (S¹ × S³) × K₈, where K₈ = [(CP² × S²) ×w (T²/Z₂)]Spinᶜ. The internal eight-manifold K₈ does not admit a spin structure; the topological obstruction w₂ ≠ 0 inherited from CP² forces a Spinᶜ structure whose determinant line bundle L = O(3) carries a quarter-period holonomy eiπ/2. This single geometric mechanism determines the electroweak mixing angle, fermion generation count, quark flavour structure, and the gravitational hierarchy. The 4D reduced field equation is Gμν = 8π Geff Tμν + 12π∇_∇_ + Λeffgμν, where Q = ω(ψ - ψ̄)² is the Quantum Coherence Dilaton (ω = consciousness coherence field; ψ, ψ̄ = quantum/anti-quantum spinor condensates) and ζ = 12π is the topologically derived quantum coherence coupling constant. The framework derives, with zero free parameters, from the single topological integer χ(K₈) = 12: the Weinberg angle sin²θW = 0.224 (observed 0.231, 3%); exactly three fermion generations via Dolbeault cohomology h0,2(CP², O(-4)) = 3; the Planck–weak hierarchy e12π ≈ 2.3 × 10¹⁶; and CKM matrix elements |Vᵤₛ| = 0.225 (0.1%), δCP = 65.6° (0.6%), |Vcb| = 0.044 (5.3%, derived from χ(S²) = 2 fibre sector correction). All predictions are falsifiable: a fourth fermion generation, a Weinberg angle deviating by more than 10%, or CKM elements inconsistent after renormalisation group evolution would each independently invalidate the framework.
