This paper presents the restructuring of design and manufacturing methodologies for façade systems, emphasizing digital integration and automation throughout the production cycle. Two internally developed tools are analyzed: DiMAQ, which enables the conversion of digital models into CNC manufacturing instructions, and step2job, an application designed to recognize geometric entities from STEP files for subsequent export to manufacturing systems. These solutions aim to increase efficiency, reduce operational errors and costs, and enhance interoperability between design and production platforms. The results demonstrate significant improvements in efficiency, reliability, and alignment with Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies.
