This paper details the operational protocol of the Genomic Stabilization System (GSS), describing the temporal phases of subnuclear activation, dual-channel resonance interaction, formation of left-handed chiral waveguiding structures, geometric fixation at 34.9°, and cascading resonance induction. Mechanisms of quantum cumulation, resonant Hard-Reset, and nonlinear wave propagation of the reference state are formalized. The model provides a framework for active genomic protection and structural resilience under extreme radiation conditions.
