In this study, a classic HIE mouse model was employed, in which P7 pups underwent unilateral common carotid artery ligation followed by exposure to 8% hypoxic environment for 90 minutes to simulate HIE in neonatal mice. Brain tissues were collected from the mice, and RNA was extracted for transcriptomic sequencing analysis using RNA-seq.
