Dataset and DLC code. Time-dependent changes in stepping performance and velocity following partial dopaminergic lesions in the SNc of male and female rats

This repository contains all materials supporting this study, including sample videos used for DeepLabCut training and testing, the raw behavioral datasets (footfall accuracy and locomotor velocity), and the custom DeepLabCut configuration files and trained model weights. Together, these resources allow replication of the analyses presented in the manuscript.
