Kumar et al. (2026) conducted a cohort in Univentricular Physiology (Post-Bidirectional Glenn) (n=32). Bidirectional Glenn (BDG) was evaluated on Clinical failure. Among partially palliated patients with univentricular physiology post-Bidirectional Glenn, 68.8% experienced clinical failure, and only 17.4% of eligible patients underwent Fontan completion.
