Elevated Signalness of IceCube GOLD Events in the Leo Core Zone: A Radio-Loud QSO and Blazar Association Hypothesis

We report a statistically significant elevation of IceCube GOLD alert signalness in the Leo core zone (RA=120-150 deg) compared to the rest of the sky. The two GOLD events within this zone exhibit mean signalness of 0.835, versus 0.565 for the remaining 52 events (Mann-Whitney p=0.0186; t-test p=0.037). Physical counterpart candidates include 4C 25.26 (radio QSO, Fourth Cambridge Catalogue, 0.164 deg from G2), 4FGL J0927.2+2454 (Fermi blazar, 1.79 deg). Combined with companion paper DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20000889 (Centaurus/southern-sky result), we propose a North Window / South Pillar duality consistent with AGN jets as dominant neutrino source class.
