This paper is archived as a speculative research work. The exact relation between the electron charge and the fractional quark charges, q (d) =-1/3, q (u) =+2/3, q (e-) =-1, is highly constraining. On the integer scale this relation becomes d=-1, u=+2, e-=-3, suggesting that quarks and charged leptons are not independent charge carriers but different signed occupations of a common rank-3 charge-support structure. This paper develops that observation into a unified charged-family architecture inside Entanglement-Algebraic Spacetime (EAS). The construction introduces a rank-3 charge-support triad TQ=5, 6, 8, with down-type quark cores occupying one support, up-type quark cores occupying two supports, and the charged-lepton motif occupying the saturated three-support package. The interface normalization Qᵢnterface = 1/3 qEAS then sends the EAS integer scale d=-1, u=+2, e-=-3 to the observed fractional charge pattern. Charged leptons are represented by one common motif L, with electron, muon, and tau distinguished by residual levels Be 0.
