To address the multi-sensor collaborative calibration challenges in laser 3D projection systems, a pose calibration method integrating binocular vision and laser ranging is proposed. A multi-coordinate system fusion framework encompassing the camera coordinate system, galvanometer coordinate system, and workpiece coordinate system is established. Through the calculation of reference pose matrices and real-time transformations, adaptive calibration under arbitrary workpiece placements is achieved. Experimental results demonstrate that within a working range of 1.5–2.5 m, the calibration error is 45.5 μm, meeting the high-precision requirements of aerospace precision machining and assembly.
