ABSTRACT Managing diabetic wounds requires simultaneously addressing their infectious, oxidative, and regenerative impairments. To address this, this study integrates a piezoelectric BiOCl@CuSe heterojunction (PFM‐verified) into an injectable F127/HA hydrogel, creating an ultrasound‐responsive smart dressing. Under ultrasound (US) irradiation, the hydrogel (F127/HA‐BiOCl@CuSe) efficiently scavenged ROS such as ·OH and ·O 2 − via the piezoelectric catalytic effect. Meanwhile, the ultrasound‐activated hydrogel demonstrated an antibacterial rate of over 99% against both Escherichia coli ( E. coli ) and Staphylococcus aureus ( S. aureus ), and effectively disrupted bacterial biofilms. In vitro, the hydrogel demonstrated excellent biocompatibility and concurrently promoted endothelial cell migration and angiogenesis, as evidenced by upregulated Ang‐1/VEGF expression and enhanced tube formation. It also effectively mitigated H 2 O 2 ‐induced oxidative stress and mitochondrial damage. In a diabetic mouse model of infected full‐thickness wounds, the F127/HA‐BiOCl@CuSe + ultrasound (US) group achieved the most rapid wound closure, potent bacterial clearance, and superior tissue regeneration within 12 days, marked by enhanced collagen deposition and attenuated inflammation. Collectively, this work presents a novel ultrasound‐powered piezoelectric catalytic strategy for synergistic diabetic wound therapy.
