The Quantum Ripple Vacuum Theory demonstrates a scalar field effect on vacuum energy in atomic clocks, suggesting new insights into energy stability.
AbstractThis paper introduces the Quantum Ripple Vacuum Theory (QRVT), a novel model proposing that the quantum vacuum is characterized by persistent, structured ripples rather than static or chaotic states. By modeling the vacuum as a constantly refreshing scalar field, QRVT addresses the "Vacuum Energy Catastrophe" by demonstrating that only wave-like ripples result in finite, stable energy solutions. The theory introduces a modified Lagrangian with two new physical constants: the ripple velocity constant (v_s) and the baseline vacuum energy (lambda_0).We calculate a theoretical vacuum refresh rate of approximately 4.4* 10¹⁴⁷ Hz/m³ based on Planck units. Furthermore, the theory provides a structurally sound foundation for the Casimir effect through a non-arbitrary phase-jitter perturbation. Three experimental tests are proposed: vacuum energy shifts in atomic clocks, ripple-enhanced Casimir force modifications, and light phase delays in dense cavities.
