Public order plays a decisive role in the field of social relations in the state. This system may be affected by circumstances and practices by those in charge of managing institutions in the state. These practices may lead to negative activities in the form of administrative and constitutional transgressions. These violations are sensitive issues that directly affect the stability of public order in any country, These violations arise as a result of non-compliance with laws and regulations, which weakens confidence in government institutions and negatively affects social, economic, and political security. As these abuses increase, it becomes necessary to study their effects and ways to combat them to ensure good governance and strengthen the rule of law. We will divide the research plan into three sections. In the first, we will discuss the concept of violations and public order in society. As for the second section, we will discuss the effects of administrative and constitutional violations on public order. We will allocate the third and final section to discuss the challenges associated with violations and ways to combat them. Then we will conclude the research with a conclusion that includes the most important results and proposals that will be reached in order to address the topic at hand.
