Our country, Iraq, is rich in animal wealth that ranks third after oil and agriculture, and is considered one of the prominent national wealth in the economic activity of many countries in the world if it is included in the forefront of the economic policy of countries and receives the required care through government support, and because the contribution of animal wealth in its direct and indirect form achieves the goals of sustainable development, including eliminating hunger and poverty and economic growth... Thus, countries, with their various controls, have been keen to state this protection in their legislation to guarantee the rights of future generations. The importance of the research is highlighted by the scarcity of legal researches that demonstrate the importance of animal wealth through achieving economic security and food security for both humans and the state by providing the necessary protection for animal wealth through the legislative controls set by the legislator and authorized by the competent administration to provide this protection, as well as the vital uses of animals in the fields of animal experiments that protect human public health through them.
