Facial Pain Associated With Lung Cancer: A Case Report

Abstract

SYNOPSIS We report a patient with severe and refractory facial pain which was dramatically relieved following resection of a bronchogenic carcinoma. We hypothesize that the pain was referred via the vagus nerve.
